BOSS – Building Opportunities for Sustained Success – is a new, career-focused program available to youth in Summit County. Led by the Summit County Department of Job and Family Services in partnership with many community agencies, BOSS is designed to help youth build the skills they need to obtain and retain employment. BOSS’ team of dedicated Career Navigators help each client to reach their personal and professional goals by offering support and intensive services tailored to individual needs and ambitions.
