The Summit and Medina Workforce Area Council of Governments (SAMWA COG) Board is comprised of Executive Ilene Shapiro (Summit) and Commissioner Adam Friedrick (Medina). Ohio Local Workforce Area 2’s Chief Elected Officials convene a meeting of the SAMWA COG at least once every calendar year, with additional meetings scheduled as needed. All SAMWA COG Board meetings are open to the public, and will be announced on this page.

  • SAMWA COG Resolution 2017-15
    • A Resolution authorizing the amendment of the Organizational Documents of the SAMWA COG
  • SAMWA COG Resolution 2017-14
    • A Resolution adopting the Plan under the Ohio Public Employees Deferred Compensation Program, administered by the Ohio Public Employees Deferred Compensation Board, for participation by eligible employees of the Summit and Medina Workforce Area Council of Governments.
